Privacy Policy

Spendzie turns your bank transaction SMS into an automatic expense tracker, helps you track cards and loans, and recommends financial products. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can delete it.

1. Information we collect

• Onboarding: mobile number, name, email, date of birth, gender, employment type.
• Transaction SMS (with consent): financial messages and parsed details (amount, date, merchant, category, last four digits). Never full card/account number, CVV, PIN, or password.
• Application: PAN and PIN code when you apply for a product.
• Manual entries, device/usage info. We do not collect advertising ID.

2. App permissions

SMS is used only for transactional messages (Android). Camera and location only when you opt in for applications/KYC. We do not access contacts, call logs, or microphone.

3–5. Use, disclosure, security

We do not sell your data. SMS and transaction history are never shared with issuers or lenders. Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in India.

6–7. Retention and deletion

SMS text retained 12 months; account data for the life of the account. To delete your account, email unsubscribe@spendzie.com with your name and registered mobile number.

8–11. Consent, changes, law, contact
